The Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge - 9th/10th May

The fantastic Welsh 3 Peaks challenge is back! We have done this many times before but not for a few years but here is your chance in May 2027. The challenge is to complete the highest mountains in North, Central and South Wales in one go... We start with Snowdon/Yr Wyddfa (1,085m) at 2.30am on Sunday 9th May summitting for sunrise and then head to Cadair Idris (893m) and then on to Pen y Fan (886m) to finish all within 16 hrs.

We have transport leaving from Milton Keynes at 9.30pm on Saturday evening (possible pick up on the way) and transport from Llandudno (North Wales) leaving at 1.30am on the Sunday and this transport takes you throughout the challenge.

We then stay at a Premier inn at the end of the challenge in South Wales for a meal and sleep before the transport goes back to Llandudno and Milton Keynes respectively on the Monday 10th May.

The cost includes the transport throughout, fully guided on each mountain, the hotel and a special Welsh 3 Peaks t-shirt.

The challenge is quite tough (Rating 4) but if reasonably fit and plenty of determination it is very doable and a great experience and achievement.

Hotel is either twin or double share option or extra £25 for own room.
