New Hadrian's Wall hiking weekend trip - 7/8th November

A wonderful weekend trip with two new fantastic walks involving the iconic Hadrian's Wall! On Saturday 7th November we meet for 12.30pm at the Walltown Visitor Centre (CA8 7JD) and we do a beautiful hike for approx. 3.5hrs (7 miles) that takes in the impressive Walltown Crags and Thirlwell Castle along Hadrian's Wall.

We stay overnight in a Premier Inn hotel close to Carlisle and on Sunday we head to near Haltwhistle and meet at the Cawfields car park (NE49 9PJ) for a wonderful hike of approx. 5hrs (9 miles) that takes in Cawfield Crags, Green Slack, Steel Rig and the famous Sycamore Gap (sadly no more tree!).

Rating 2. A truly wonderful weekend seeing beautiful scenery and parts of the historic wall that includes both guided walks and the hotel!

Rooms are twin or double share basis or extra £30 for your own room.
