Cadair Idris Mountain hike - Saturday 9th August

A great day hiking Cadair Idris mountain in mid-Wales. The highest mountain in the area at 893m high it offers stunning views across to Barmouth, the Irish Sea and also South Snowdonia (Eryri). Meeting for a 9am start at the Ty Nant car park (LL40 1TN) the route is mainly using the Pony Path track to the Penygadair summit and then down past the beautiful Llyn y Gadair lake. Approx. 5.5hrs in total. Fully guided throughout, Martyn will lead this one. (Rating 3). Limited numbers.
