Marathon Hike Medal Series - Shropshire and the Severn Way - Saturday 11th April

Another of the fantastic Marathon hike Medal Series events with the Shropshire and the Severn Way challenge. Starting at 8.15am on Saturday 11th April from the Dale End car park near Ironbridge, Telford (TF8 7NJ) this is a beautiful 26.2 mile circular route that takes in a lot of the Severn Way trail along River Severn down to Bridgnorth including Coalbrookdale, Coalport, parts of Cross Britain Way and the iconic Ironbridge itself. We should finish around 5pm. It is a relatively flat route but still a great challenge with wonderful scenery. Fully guided throughout, an amazing achievement with a fabulous medal for all participants. (Rating 4)
